New Foundation Waterproofing

marflex4_222Pep Waterproofing offers a comprehensive line of waterproofing solutions - from virgin polymer membranes to fortified elastomeric membranes.  These proven methods of keeping your basement dry after construction is complete is something every new homeowner should consider before building that new home.

Mar-flex 5000 system is a proven fortified elastomeric membrane that can be applied over almost any clean, dry, sound substrate. Its permanent elasticity allows it to move with the structure and it will not become brittle, evaporate, lose its flexibility or its waterproofing ability. It resists freeze-thaw cycles and testing shows that it outlasts conventional protection methods such as traditional roll on damp proofing.

This system provides a complete drainage and insulation system for basements, with products that channel water to footing drain/weep tile, protect waterproofing membranes during backfill and divert water from grade to the footer drainage system.

mar-flex3_362The Geo-Mat products are made of high-density polyethylene, which offers strong resistance to hydrostatic pressure and excellent drainage. Used for dampproofing, its stud-shaped dimples provide an air chamber between the roll and wall, keeping walls dry. The dimples are aligned along vertical and horizontal axis to rapidly channel water from grade to the footer drainage system. It is resistant to saline solutions, alkalis and acids.

Give us a call today before you build - we can help make that new basement dry, and keep it that way!
