Drainage Systems

Floor drain systems are how to pull water from around your foundation into your sump pump before they get your basement wet. We offer a few patented systems which will help keep your basement completely dry, including:

  • WaterGuard
  • DryTrak
  • French Drains
  • TrenchDrain

Water Guard basement waterproofing system

The WaterGuard® system is the most modern take on old french drains. It is inserted directly under your floor to keep it separate from the soil and prevent clogging. It has a flange which will keep any debris from the wall out as well.  You can insert WaterGuard® into any foundation. Weep holes are drilled to allow the water to reach the system and then the water is drained to the system sump pump to expel the water and keep your basement dry.

This system is warranted to keep your basement clean and dry so you can use the space for storage, recreational purposes, or to finish for additional living space. WaterGuard will keep your basement dry for years to come.

The DryTrak® Basement Water Control System removes seepage from above your cove joint and redirects it to your drain - this system operates entirely above the floor, so there is no need to dig in your foundation. The water is removed from around your foundation and hydrostatic pressure is relieved so that your basement doesn't flood.

The DryTrak® system works with all types of foundations, and PEP Waterproofing will help you easily install this system.

French Drains are the oldest ways to dry basements.French Drain

Traditional french drains have been used the longest in the industry. PEP Waterproofing will install both interior and exterior french drains, as well as offering our new products which have replaced the technique (french drains are susceptible to clogging). French drains can still be appropriate, however in some homes.

When french drains are necessary due to construction types, we include FlowGuard, which will allow wall seepage, while minimizing dirt and debris from entering the drain system below. French Drain with Flow Guard is functional for many types of foundations. This product will keep your basement dry so you can use the area for storage, or additional living space.

TrenchDraintrenchdrain_300

Prevent basement water damage from water seeping through doorways, garage doors and down stairs with TrenchDrain! In many instances, water is able to enter your house and damage the basement by flowing through the space under a doorway or running down the stairs. Our unique design directs the water into a channel, where it can be managed and pumped out of your home automatically - without causing any damage!

Featured Testimonial

Your crew was very polite. the crawl space work done was thorough and professional. The humidity and musty odor smell have gone done a lot in our house. Our windows no longer fog up due to condensation. The crawl space liner is a great solution to the unhealthy air and gas coming up from underground.
